Capture Stills from Video (the free way)
I've been looking for a way to screen capture from a video player, but there are slim pickins in the freeware world. Anyway, this site explains how to do it within Windows Media Player. Quite simple really: Tools -> Options -> Performance -> Advanced -> uncheck Use Overlays -> Done
